Shipping

Each artwork is custom made to order with care, so please allow 1-3 weeks for our production and shipping.

Production Times

  • Unframed Prints: 1–2 weeks
  • Stretched & Framed Prints: 2–3 weeks

Delivery Times (after production)

  • Australia, USA & Canada: 2–7 business days
  • Other regions: up to 7 business days
  • Peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday): please allow extra time for delivery.

Important Details

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order’s journey.
  • Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • We’re unable to change delivery addresses once your package has been collected by our courier, so please double-check details at checkout.
  • For the most accurate sense of colour, refer to the close-up images provided. Screen settings may cause slight variations between what you see and the final print.
  • Customs & Duties – International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns

We want you to love your artwork. If you change your mind, we offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.

  • Please contact us first at maz@mazarelle.com within 7 days to request a return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to ensure the artwork arrives back to us safely.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The return address is in Sydney, Australia (we’ll provide full details once your return is approved).
  • Once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Important notes:

  • We cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items.
  • Returned items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds cover the cost of the product only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
