We create and sell made-to-order art prints and related products.
We aim to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible, though colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
All products are for personal use only. Reproducing, reselling, or using our artworks for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.
3. Orders & Payment
When placing an order, you confirm that all details (billing, shipping, contact info) are correct and complete.
Prices are listed in AUD and include/exclude taxes as noted at checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other listed providers. Your order will only be confirmed once payment is received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Each artwork is made to order, so please allow time for production before shipping. Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout.
We ship worldwide via trusted carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, we offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To start a return, email us at maz@mazarelle.com within 7 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. The return address is in Sydney, Australia (details will be provided once your request is approved).
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note:
Sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Returned items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, designs, and content on this website belong to Mazarelle. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure everything runs smoothly, but to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
